Firmware

  When your power plant equipment has been connected to the server of the smart energy management platform, you can upgrade the DSP/ARM version of all devices under your name in the APP, the specific steps are as follows:

① Open Smart M.

② Click [Firmware] to enter the device data list.

③ Click on the of the device data to enter the version selection page.

④ Click the button in the version data that needs to be upgraded to start the upgrade.

Batch upgrade of multiple devices

① Open Smart M.

② Click on Service - [Firmware Upgrade] to enter the device data list.

③ Click the checkbox before the device name and select multiple devices of the same model (up to ten devices can be upgraded simultaneously)

④ Click the [UPgrade] button that pops up at the bottom to enter the version selection page.

⑤ Click thebutton in the version data that needs to be upgraded to start the upgrade.

View upgrade records

① Open Smart M.

② Click on Service - [Firmware Upgrade] to enter the device data list.

③ Click on the device data to view the upgrade records/current upgrade progress of the device.

##View batch upgrade records

① Open Smart M.

② Click on Service - [Firmware Upgrade] to enter the device data list.

③ Click the [] button in the upper right corner to enter the upgrade record viewing page.

④ Click the [Batch] button to enter the batch upgrade record page.

⑤ Click the button on the right side of the batch upgrade task data to view the completion status of the upgrade task.

Firmware package upgrade

  In order to facilitate your need to upgrade firmware multiple times during use, Smart M integrates firmware versions into one upgrade package, allowing you to upgrade all firmware versions of the inverter at once.

① Open the app, click on [Service] - [Firmware Upgrade] to enter the device data list.

② Click the [Upgrade] button on the device operation bar that needs to be upgraded.

③ Click the [Firmware Package Upgrade] button on the pop-up [Upgrade Type Selection] page.

④ On the pop-up [Package Clearly] page, click the [One Click Upgrade] button.

⑤ Wait for the entire upgrade task to be completed, and the upgrade status will change to upgrade completed. You can continue to use the inverter.
